Nice but the print is too small for me to read. But then I have a ton of the leadership thing with all those years in the military. Biggest thing is a lot of industry, corporate America confuses good management with good leadership. Much different things, sometimes related in that a good leader is often a good manager too. But that does not always happen, does it?
